  If there was an option for zero stars I would use that option. I saw the dentist in Livingston and I've been there four separate times for a root canal each time I just end up with an infection and no work done. I've taken antibiotics on three separate occasions and each time I go in to get some work done the Dr. finds a reason not to do a root canal, he has no equipment, he thinks I'm in pain, he needs to cure a preexisting infection first. On this last appointment I had, the Dr. Was simply talking to his assistant about how all the other dentists were incompetent and don't put in the effort he does. They did not greet me at all or even asked if the anesthesia had taken affect they simply started working and completely negated the fact that I was sitting in the chair listening. Meanwhile, he is asking his assistant if his tools were clean even tho some were on the floor. I doubt they were properly santized since the woman picked the pieces up from the floor and "cleaned them" in two minutes that she walked out the door. His cleaning tool that has water was broken and he got it all over my face, neck, and shoulders. They rarely suctioned me so I felt as if I was suffocating the whole time. The stuff they used to fill my tooth not only got on the molar they actually needed it on but on the tooth next to it. By far the worst dental experience I've ever had in my life, they didn't call in my prescription like they said they were going to. Now I'm left with a swollen face in pain and they did not schedule a follow up appointment. I would rather pay another dentist out of pocket than have to suffer through another visit with the staff at Horisons.
